Yesterday for lunch, I made a quick fruit salad, with one sliced banana and two sliced strawberries, added a few generous spoonfuls of my tasty coconut yoghurt, and topped it off with a drizzle of raw orange marmalade. Yum.
I'm currently exploring ways to eat sauerkraut that don't involve hot dogs. So I paired wholegrain brown rice with a couple of tablespoons of sauerkraut and a grated apple. I also discovered that it goes really well with fresh chicory, kelp noodles and red capsicum.
