Method
Put everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours to firm up if required.

Before: 12 hours (optional, to pre-soak almonds)

After: 2 hours (to firm up)

* If soaking almonds overnight, use 50ml water, instead of 100ml.
