Raw Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
To create this raw tomato sauce (ketchup), I adapted a recipe for an authentic "Heinz Tomato Sauce". Simple. Delicious. Tomato-y. Goes with everything.

Method
Cover sun-dried tomatoes with water and soak for 1-2 hours.
Drain sun-dried tomatoes, and reserve 30ml of soak water.
Blend everything until smooth.
