Ways to eat sauerkraut
I’m currently exploring ways to eat sauerkraut that don’t involve hot dogs. So I paired wholegrain brown rice with a couple of tablespoons of sauerkraut and a grated apple. I also discovered that it goes really well with fresh chicory, kelp noodles and red capsicum.

High Raw Rice Salad
This high raw rice salad is based around cooked rice and packed full of raw veggies, so it’s satisfying, healthy and bursting with flavour and nutrition. You’d be proud to take this salad to your next potluck or function because healthy or not, it tastes absolutely fantastic.
